Shipping policy
Once the customer has placed and confirmed payment for the order through the platform, DAY HENRIQUEZ will immediately begin the production process for the purchased garments.
All products sold by the brand are made to order, according to the characteristics, sizes, colors, and other options selected by the customer at the time of purchase.
The estimated production time is up to six (6) business days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays in the Republic of Colombia.
The above-mentioned period corresponds exclusively to the production process and does not include transportation, shipping, or delivery times, which will depend on the final destination and the selected courier company. The brand will not be responsible for delays attributable to the carrier, customs authorities, or causes beyond its control.
DELIVERY TIMES
Once your entire order has been produced and properly packed, we will ship it to the address you provided during checkout. We will be using DHL Express as our preferred courier, and we'll let you know if we use a different company. Delivery times will vary depending on the international destination.
DAY HENRIQUEZ ships nationally and internationally. All orders are shipped from Colombia to the destination country specified by the customer at the time of purchase.
When placing an international order, the customer acknowledges and accepts that the destination country may apply taxes, duties, customs fees, or other import charges, which are determined exclusively by the relevant customs authorities and are not dependent on or the responsibility of the company.
Any additional costs incurred for taxes, duties, or import charges must be borne entirely by the customer, and their payment is a necessary condition for the release and delivery of the order by the shipping company. The company will not be responsible for delays, hold-ups, or returns caused by non-payment of such charges.
TAXES AND DUTIES (International shipments)
Taxes, duties, customs fees, and other import charges are calculated based on the items purchased, the destination country, and the total value of the purchase. These charges are not included in the order total and are not settled during the payment process in our store.
These amounts must be paid directly by the customer upon arrival of the shipment in the destination country, in accordance with the provisions established by the local customs authority.
DAYANA HENRÍQUEZ is not responsible for the payment of taxes, duties, or customs charges, nor for the retention, inspection, or release times of the shipment at the customs office of the destination country, as these processes and costs are determined exclusively by the competent authorities of each country.
Customers are advised to consult with local customs authorities in advance regarding applicable costs, minimum exempt amounts, payment procedures, deadlines, and other conditions related to the importation of goods.
