Product exchange, which is subject to inventory availability at the time of exchange. In case of not having availability for the exchange, the value of the product(s) will be delivered in a credit coupon for a new purchase. This coupon is valid for twelve months from the date of creation.
Exchange for another reference;

Keep in mind:

To make an exchange you must do it within the first 15 calendar days after receiving the purchase.
Promotional products cannot be exchanged, except for size (only if available).
Exchanges will be made for a value equal to or greater than the original.
The product cannot be used or modified from its original state.
The product must be in good condition, clean and with the original tags.
